Question 1

What is the booking process for a chauffeur service?

Accepted Answer

Choose your type of service via the RolDrive’s website, app or directly by phone. Select pickup/drop-off, date/time, vehicle type and any extra requirements (such as a child seat), then enter passenger details and pay to receive a confirmation and booking reference number. RolDrive will send the driver/contact details before the journey. Please remember to pass on your flight number for tracking purposes if you are requesting an airport transfer.

Question 2

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Please inform us at least 12 hours prior to the journey time for a complete 100% refund. Time taken after that to cancel a booking will result in a late fee.

Question 5

Why choose a chauffeur service instead of the train from London Southend Airport?

This includes free Wi-Fi, refreshments, newspapers and a customised route to your liking.
